The application allows you to sign the phone screen confirming receipt of the vehicle. Subsequently, the vehicle, user data and the marked damages along with the graphic signature are automatically transferred to the vehicle release protocol. The built-in vending machine sends an e-mail with the attached protocol to the vehicle user.

In the Flota system, the issue of the vehicle is recorded in the allocation file together with the electronic protocol in the form of a PDF attachment. This allows the elimination of paper documents. Using the camera on your smartphone or tablet, you can take any number of photos of the vehicle and documents. Once synchronization is complete, the photos will be available to the fleet manager in the main system.
