Partner CFM Access to invoices

Any customer with access to the Partner CFM has the possibility to manage invoices issued by the CFM supplier. Each invoice (for rental, service management, re-invoice, correction, etc.) will be available from the website for the customer to download in PDF format. CFM companies, which also provide the customer with attachments to the invoice, can make them available to the customer, e.g. in XLS format. This is an alternative to emailing your customers.

You can download the invoice and the attachment to the invoice. The attachment can be a file, e.g. XLS, containing a summary of the items of a given invoice. Such attachments may be a source of reports or transferred to the company’s financial and accounting system.
