Partner CFM Effective communication

CFM Partner is a web module dedicated to the FLEET system. Both applications are closely integrated, so that all data exchange takes place in real time. Both the Partner’s users and FLEET system have the latest data updated by the other party. The entire data exchange process can be supported by e-mail or SMS messages in the case of certain actions, e.g.:

• CFM notification of a new service request
• service notification about authorization / rejection of the order
• notification of the customer of a new download invoice available on the website
• notification to the driver of the need to attend the inspection
